Sandrine Holt is the daughter of Sandrine Ho, who was born in London November 19, 1972. Her parents are a Chinese man as well as an French woman. The family relocated from China to Toronto Canada when she was five years old which was her residence from the beginning. Prior to becoming an actor she worked in Paris as a model on the catwalk. Annuka was first seen in the spotlight as an actor in the film Black Robe of 1991. Her role in this film was selected for nomination by her for the Genie Award (Canadian Oscar). Rapa Nui Rise In Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas, Dance with the Murderer and Poltergeist The Uncanny Force followed. Also, she appeared in guests appearances in Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension as well as Poltergeist The Uncanny Force. She was a major part of John Woo's The Thief for 22 episodes. Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation and Resident Evil Apocalypse were released in 2004, but only in DVDVHS. Then, in 2006 she was offered her first major role as a series character in the series 24 - Twenty Four. Her career started with appearing as a guest on television, as well as smaller movies. Holt then took the part of the leader in Hostages which was released in 2013 and a secondary role in Netflix's House of Cards. She also was Julie Han in The Returned's US remake and cast her as Dr. Bethany Exner.
